Digitaljob.ro, a niche recruitment platform dedicated exclusively to the digital and IT industries in Romania, was recently launched. Following a 30.000 euro investment, it represents an essential tool for employers or future employers, like you, in the selection of the best candidates for the available positions. This project was conducted by the interactive agency 2Fresh and it is designed for companies and professionals working in online development, mobile, software, gaming, advertising and marketing.

How can you use this tool in your advantage? First of all, for now, you can announce your available positions for free on the platform. However, from the first quarter of 2016, if you want to use this tool in order to find suitable employees for your tech or IT start-up, you will have to pay a fee for every job position you are advertising on the Digitaljob platform.
Second of all, there will be a better chance for finding the right people for an IT company, since this platform is dedicated exclusively to this industry, narrowing down the options to the well-prepared candidates.
Up to 120 companies have already utilized this platform to advertise their job positions and find the best candidates for the available posts. In terms of the number of ads published on Digitaljobs.ro up to date, there are about 200 ads, generating a total of 900 applicants. At this point, over 100 IT advertisements are active of the platform, most of them being for programmers- 59 %, followed by web designers with 30%, marketers – 7% and management- about 4%.
For the following months, the representatives of Digitaljobs.ro plan to attract more employers and increase the number of active jobs up to 150 %.
